Megan and Luke’s journey began long before they even realized it. Their mothers, best friends since middle school, introduced them to each other as infants and had them play together as toddlers and pre-teens (Luke's pukka shell necklace reportedly sealed the deal for Megan and she was "just playing the long game").

As their parents remained family friends Luke and Megan briefly drifted in and out of each other's lives. It wasn’t until the world slowed down during the pandemic that their paths truly crossed again. With the world in a state of pause, Megan and Luke found themselves reconnecting and quickly discovering an undeniable connection. What started as friendly conversations soon blossomed into an obsession.

As fate would have it, they both ended up in Seattle. It was there, amidst the city's beautiful landscapes and cozy corners, that they fell deeply in love. Their hearts found a home in each other, but soon, Luke had to move to Texas for work, and they faced the challenge of a long-distance relationship for two years. Despite the miles between them, their bond only grew stronger, proving that true love knows no distance.

Their love story reached a new chapter when Luke proposed at the top of Whistler-Blackcomb Mountain, surrounded by breathtaking views and the promise of a future together. With the world as their canvas, they decided to write their next chapter in New York City, where they now call home.
